Judee Mulhollen

Dr. Judee Mulhollen’s 20-plus years of experience in higher education and institutional and community consulting will provide another area of expertise to the Strategic Partnerships Inc. (SPI) Team.

Judee combines her data-driven approach with more than 15 years of experience collaborating with K-12 schools. This work has required collaborative efforts with both private and public officials and regular presence on The Hill to manage integral initiatives in education.

She has managed projects that require creative problem solving and innovative thinking in the public and private industries. As a data science analyst and speaker, she is respected on a national level for her technical writing, grant writing, higher education consultancy, and her initiative advocacy.

Judee earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Dakota, a Master of Education from Ashland University, and a doctorate in higher education leadership and management from Walden University.
