Taylor Hubbard has joined the Strategic Partnerships Team as a Managing Consultant. Taylor has a strong foundation in public-sector operations, higher education administration, legislative relations, and an understanding of government at all jurisdictional levels.
Prior to joining SPI, he supported large university systems including doctoral program operations, financial services and enrollment management. Additionally, Taylor assisted in complex audit processes within a major healthcare system where he served as a key liaison among operational teams, external reviewers and compliance leadership. His earlier professional background and introduction to public-sector work included serving in the Texas House of Representatives where he supported an elected member with policy analysis.
Taylor holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University and a Master of Science in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University. He brings a wide range of experience to SPI and will be helping to support clients in all of the service areas that the Strategic Partnership Team offers.
