Sherri Lyles has been highly successful in procurement collaboration between the public and private sectors for nearly three decades. Not only is she a high-performance public-sector sales leader, but she also is recognized for her experience in creating strategic alliances within both the public and private sectors.
SPI clients will benefit from Sherri’s expertise in strategic planning, consulting, negotiating and relationship-building. During her career, she has worked closely on partnerships among state agencies and multi-state private-sector vendors to help vendors secure public-sector contracts. Among her areas of expertise are security and information technology.
As a result of these partnerships, Sherri established and continues to maintain strong relationships in the public sector, including the federal, multi-state and local government and public and higher education markets.
She successfully introduced multiple Fortune 500 companies into the government marketplace by developing and implementing processes that would allow expansion of an IT solution in states nationwide. She has also initiated and utilized supply chain processes from request for proposals to fulfillment for large, complex global customers.
Sherri has a proven ability to develop strategic relationships within the public sector resulting in contracts, future opportunities and expertise within that sector.
Sherri holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Oklahoma State University.
