Her career spans Medicaid managed care, Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS), and a wide range of health information systems supporting claims processing, encounters, care and utilization management, and long-term services and supports (LTSS).
Sheila provides strategic guidance and subject matter expertise to both public and private sector clients. Her focus areas include Medicaid policy and compliance, managed care operations, IT systems modernization, claims and encounter data processing, and systems supporting human services delivery.
