Julienne VanDerZiel

Gifted technology specialist Julienne VanDerZiel joins the Strategic Partnerships Inc. consulting team bringing 25 years of experience from both the public and private sectors.

As a senior executive with a private technology and consulting company, Julienne focused on serving public-sector clients in Texas and California. She worked on large procurements – over $50 million – leading successful proposal efforts for numerous clients.

As the director of information technology applications for The University of Texas at Austin, she implemented a new website platform, an Identity and Access Management solution, Service Now initiative, and several other platform solutions. Julienne has led large teams and is well versed in program and project management. Her work in developing processes and practices for proposal management and IT project implementation was extensive.

During her career, Julienne worked primarily with clients in Texas and California in higher education, health and human services, transportation, banking, and other verticals. She also has assisted clients in developing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reports and websites.

She is a summa cum laude graduate of San Diego State University.
