Joe Oliver

Joe Oliver has served in eight public schools and one private school in Texas and has over 43 years of service as a professional educator. He has held multiple positions, including Teacher, Coach, Athletic Director, Principal, and Superintendent.

While serving as a Head Football Coach and Athletic Director, his peers voted him into the Texas High School Coaches Association Board of Directors from 1995-1998. In 2004 he was named High School Principal of the Year in Region 8. While serving as Superintendent of Wills Point ISD, he was elected to the University Interscholastic League Legislative Council.

Joe has been active in the Educational Region Service Centers 6, 7, 8, 10, and 12 and he has served on too many committees and boards during his career to list.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Sam Houston State University in Biology, Health, and Physical Education. He earned his master’s degree in School Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University.

Joe is a welcome addition to the Strategic Partnerships consulting team in Texas.
