Ivory is the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Office Manager for Strategic Partnerships, Inc. She completed the Leadership Academy Certificate Program in Organizational Leadership through the Center for Professional Education at The University of Texas at Austin.
Ivory’s 20 years of extensive public-sector career includes roles with the Office of the Attorney General, Railroad Commission of Texas and Texas Health and Human Services, where she gained experience in IT programs and project coordination, executive-level administrative operations, federal regulatory compliance, budget forecasting and financial oversight, IT auditing, contracting and procurement, policy development and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
Throughout her career, Ivory has worked closely with executive leadership, technical teams, vendors, and government stakeholders to translate complex operational, financial, and regulatory requirements into clear strategies and actionable deliverables. Her focus has centered on business process improvement, organizational leadership development, strategic operational support, and strengthening organizational effectiveness.
At SPI, Ivory applies this diverse experience to optimize company workflows, coordinate strategic priorities, improve operational efficiency, and support company-wide success.
