Eric Pribyla is the Strategic Partnerships, Inc. Director of Strategic Initiatives, contributing insights and strategy across the research, client and content teams.
Eric is a strategic operations and program management leader with deep expertise in public-private collaboration, government program execution and cross-functional team leadership. A retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel, he has led multimillion-dollar initiatives integrating technical teams, government stakeholders and commercial partners — translating vision into measurable outcomes. At SPI, Eric brings his passion for solving complex problems, building high-performing teams and connecting the dots between opportunity, execution and impact to help clients thrive in the government marketplace.
Eric holds a master’s degree in international relations from Webster University and a master’s degree in technology commercialization from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
