Eleanor began her career working in the nonprofit sector where she worked in the areas of development and project management. Her task was to find effective solutions to complex problems of all types and manage multiple projects.
Before joining SPI, Eleanor worked for the Texas State Senate Research Center where she was responsible for health and human services, K-12 education and higher education policy. Additionally, she was charged with analyzing proposed legislation. Eleanor also published committee reports and provided articles and information to the Capitol Clearinghouse Publication division.
Eleanor received her bachelor’s degree from Tulane University in New Orleans.
