A retired United States Air Force officer, during his active duty career Ed supported federal procurement and acquisition of major weapons systems. He also assisted with preparing winning proposals that ranged from the U.S. presidential helicopter contract award to major logistics support services contract awards.
As both a proposal writer and manager, Ed’s talents during his storied career have resulted in securing multiple wireless downlink technology contracts with agencies at the state and local government levels of law enforcement. Other successful contract awards secured by his teams were on such varied issues as food services, information technology solutions and building operations and maintenance.
Ed is the author of several books that address procurement opportunities for both large and small businesses, contracting issues and how to successfully do business with or receive grants from local, state and federal governments.
