A licensed attorney, Colette’s areas of expertise include energy, education, public policy and regulatory issues. She also is skilled in advocacy, stakeholder relations and communications and has a proven record for fostering relationships with elected officials, agencies and executives in state and local government.
Colette earned her bachelor’s degree in public communications from The American University in Washington, D.C., and her law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center.
