Brian Tulga brings more than 30 years of private sector experience supporting federal, state, local, and commercial organizations to his role as an external consultant for Strategic Partnerships, Inc.
Brian provides consulting serves to public and private sector clients such as supporting standing up agile application development organizational and public sector contracting improvements.
He previously served in a multitude of director roles within an American global aerospace and defense technology company where he provided information technology (IT) services and solutions to various public and private sector clientele.
Prior to that, Brian worked in the business consulting services-public sector arm of a multinational technology company where he served in project executive and account management roles. He also held multiple positions in pricing, subcontract management, contract management, and program management at an aerospace and automotive corporation.
Brian provides both broad and deep subject matter expertise ranging from successfully managing large IT organizations to providing consulting support tailored to individual client needs. He is skilled at standing up start up initiatives as well as enhancing legacy organization organic growth and service delivery. He is customer focused and offers expertise in capture, proposal, program, and contract management, health IT, cybersecurity, and IT outsourcing. He also is well versed in cloud solutions and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) and agile implementation.
