Brad Stafford is a retired city manager with 28 years of city management experience. Brad retired as the city manager of the city of Navasota in 2021, where he served for 16 years. After a brief stint in the private sector, the city of Bryan hired him to be the Director of Parks Recreation and Facilities, where he served for 2 years. Prior to Navasota, Brad served as city manager in two other cities, Morton and Sundown. Brad has served in municipalities for 34 years.
Brad has been a member of TCMA for more than 30 years and served TCMA at the regional and state level, including TCMA President in 2020.
Brad is a native Texan growing up on a cotton farm near Lubbock. He and his wife, Mary, have been married for 36 years. They have 2 grown children and a granddaughter.
