Bill is the person who helps public officials structure complex projects, especially those that need alternative funding. He is experienced in not only structuring engagements but also in developing the message, marketing the project and providing assistance in seeing the project through to completion. His priority is to see that the project is attractive so that adequate competition is ensured and that the project is delivered on time, at or under budget and successful.
Bill Hvidt has a broad, diverse background of serving as a trusted advisor to public and private owners involved in a wide array of capital infrastructure projects. One of his recent engagements was to serve in an early stage advisory role providing oversight and guidance to a team of 50 subject matter experts involved in the structuring and procurement of a complex P3 Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Maintain project with a price of over $1.3B.
