Administrative Project Manager

Strategic Partnerships, Inc. (SPI) is a national full-service, public sector focused consulting and research firm based in Austin, Texas. The company specializes in government procurement consulting, business development, governmental affairs and customized research. SPI is recognized as a pioneer in the business of partnering public and private entities for commercial purposes.
The Administrative Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting projects with a strong focus on administrative operations, process efficiency, and cross-functional communication. This role bridges project management and administrative leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational standards.Â
This is a full-time, in-house position at Strategic Partnerships, Inc.’s Office (No Exceptions).
Work Hours and Location:
- 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday
- 7500 Rialto Blvd., Austin, Texas 78735
Compensation from $70,000 annually based on experience.
JOBÂ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project coordination & deliveryÂ
- Track and manage administrative and operational projects from initiation to completion.Â
- Monitor progress and proactively resolve issuesÂ
- Maintain project recordsÂ
- Standardize processes, templates, and reporting methodsÂ
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, action items and follow upsÂ
- Stakeholder & communication managementÂ
- Prepare status reports and executive summariesÂ
- Facilitate clear communication across departments to ensure alignmentÂ
- Process improvementÂ
REQUIREMENTSÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management or a related field (or equivalent experience)Â
- Minimum of 3 years of project management, administrative management or operationsÂ
- Strong organizational and multitasking skillsÂ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsÂ
- Some experience with the government marketplaceÂ
