Administrative Project Manager

Overview

Strategic Partnerships, Inc. (SPI) is a national full-service, public sector focused consulting and research firm based in Austin, Texas. The company specializes in government procurement consulting, business development, governmental affairs and customized research. SPI is recognized as a pioneer in the business of partnering public and private entities for commercial purposes.

The Administrative Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting projects with a strong focus on administrative operations, process efficiency, and cross-functional communication. This role bridges project management and administrative leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational standards. 

This is a full-time, in-house position at Strategic Partnerships, Inc.’s Office (No Exceptions).

Work Hours and Location:

  • 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday
  • 7500 Rialto Blvd., Austin, Texas 78735

Compensation from $70,000 annually based on experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project coordination & delivery 
  • Track and manage administrative and operational projects from initiation to completion. 
  • Monitor progress and proactively resolve issues 
  • Maintain project records 
  • Standardize processes, templates, and reporting methods 
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, action items and follow ups 
  • Stakeholder & communication management 
  • Prepare status reports and executive summaries 
  • Facilitate clear communication across departments to ensure alignment 
  • Process improvement 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management or a related field (or equivalent experience) 
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management, administrative management or operations 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Some experience with the government marketplace
