SPI Research Analyst Joshua Emeneger is a skilled and experienced researcher. His skills also include archival research and statistical data analysis. His experience in both the public and private sectors makes him particularly valuable to SPI client teams and uniquely qualified to provide support for client needs.
Joshua was most recently affiliated with a consulting firm that provides research, evaluation and analysis to public-sector agencies at all levels and in all jurisdictions of state, federal and local government. In addition to research, he was also responsible for comparing data, organizing focus groups and synthesizing research into written reports.
Adding to his areas of expertise, Joshua also has experience with government relations and advocacy. He worked with a company that works closely with public policymakers. He was responsible for all types of research, including legislative bill analysis, reporting on legislative committee hearings and producing reports for stakeholders.
Joshua holds a bachelor’s degree in government from The University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree in international relations from the University of Chicago.
