Tom Krampitz is a practicing attorney who boasts local government expertise after having served 15 years as the executive director of the Texas District and County Attorneys Association. Tom began his legal career as an Assistant Criminal District Attorney in Caldwell County.
His service as an elected county official and his close association with county government makes him uniquely qualified to address local government and its many nuances.
Tom has also served in leadership roles with the National District Attorneys Association and the National Association of Prosecutor Coordinators.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Texas A&M University, and a Master’s of Public Affairs and Doctor of Jurisprudence from The University of Texas at Austin.
