Nancy Phillips has more than 20 years of business experience in both the public and private sectors. Her unique background serves clients well because she has lived and worked in both environments. Nancy has a keen interest in government affairs and understands the nuances of government.
Nancy is a recognized expert in the area of project management. She has worked with governmental agencies at all levels, not-for-profit organizations and private industry in Dallas and the metroplex area. She managed the construction of the $25M road and infrastructure contracts in the uptown “Victory District” to support Dallas’ new basketball and hockey arena, the “American Airlines Center,” including the public urban park and other streetscape amenities.
Nancy also served as the project manager for Southern Methodist University where she oversaw the construction of the $56M Gerald J. Ford Stadium and Paul B. Loyd All-Sports Center. She served as the senior staff engineer for the City of Dallas Park and Recreation Department.
Nancy holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil and Environmental Water Resources Engineering from Vanderbilt University. She is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas.
