With expertise in the military, city government, quasi-government entities and higher education, Mitch Fuller offers SPI clients experience in a wide range of different areas of government. He also is experienced in local and regional transportation and water issues.
Mitch is currently a Mayor Pro Tem and City Councilmember and president of a regional water utility authority, which consists of three cities. Mitch is also a Captain in the Texas Army National Guard. His military service includes a combat tour in Iraq with the 56th Brigade Combat Team, 36th Infantry Division, and various command and staff positions at the Brigade, Division and State Headquarters level. His military decorations include the Bronze Star, the Combat Action Badge and the Iraq Campaign Medal.
Mitch's higher education career includes having taught classes at Ottawa University in Kansas, Johnson County Community College in Kansas and the University of Oklahoma.
Mitch holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, a Master of Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma and is a candidate for his Ph.D. in political science from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
