A recognized expert in state and local government procurement strategies, veteran procurement specialist Lisa Ard will be working with the Strategic Partnerships, Inc. procurement consulting team on Florida projects. Based in Florida, Lisa has worked with clientele from Fortune 500 companies to start-up firms to help them develop and implement strategic business plans for selling to government.
Lisa brings a wealth of experience in working with the public sector. She has nearly a decade of public sector experience in state and local government. Lisa held several positions in former Gov. Jeb Bush's administration, worked in the Florida House of Representatives and was a senior aide to an Orange County, Florida, commissioner.
Lisa’s background includes not only procurement expertise and experience, but also political strategy. She has strong ties to both state and local government entities and individuals in Florida.
