Harry Jeffries, mayor of Watauga, Texas, brings to the Strategic Partnerships, Inc. team not only his local government expertise, but also the unique perspective of an elected public official serving a community of 24,000 residents. As mayor and former city council member, Harry has been a highly involved local leader directing initiatives in economic development, crime prevention and park improvement. Harry serves on the Executive Board of Directors of the Northeast Tarrant County Chamber of Commerce, is past president of the Association of Mayors, Commissioners and Council Members and is active in the Texas Municipal League. He is a founding member and past secretary of the Watauga Parks and Development Corporation and founding member and past president of the Watauga Crime Control and Prevention District.

During a 36-year career with American Airlines, Harry honed his management skills as Crew Chief managing up to 200 employees in ground services at the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. Earlier in his career, Harry worked for Chase Manhattan Bank in Manhattan, New York, verifying money transfers worldwide.

His multi-faceted professional experiences have given him a keen ability to maximize resources and achieve efficiencies through effective management.
