Senior consultant Donna C. Reynolds has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. A longtime insurance industry executive, Donna has held numerous human resource management positions and key roles in state government.
Prior to joining SPI, Donna worked for the Texas Department of Insurance as a business development specialist in government relations. During past legislative sessions, she served as chief of staff to a Texas State Representative and has worked with the Texas Association of Business & Chambers of Commerce.
Before immersing herself in state government, Donna was vice president for several private sector insurance companies and worked for the Dallas Chamber of Commence in the areas of government relations and international trade. She holds a bachelor's and a master's degree from Trinity Theological Seminary.
