McHugh elected chair of UT System Board of Regents

Foster began his service on the board in 2007 and was named vice chair in 2009. He also serves on the Board of Directors of UTIMCO. He is president and chief executive officer of an oil refining and marketing company and holds a bachelor's degree from Baylor University.

A member of the Board of Regents since 2008, Longoria is also a member of the UTIMCO board. She is a partner in a Houston law firm and also serves as a commissioner for the Port of Houston Authority. She earned her bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at Austin and her law degree from the UT Austin School of Law.
