Harold Oliver

As a seasoned government relations and legislative specialist, Harold developed a keen understanding of both state and local government. Over the years, he has worked with municipalities, major financial and investment banking firms, global engineering firms, metropolitan transit authorities, Texas businesses and corporations.

Harold has substantial expertise on municipal issues, including economic development, and has worked effectively on strategies to craft successful outcomes for all stakeholders.

As a former member of the staff of a Texas state senator, Harold was involved in the facilitation of a number of successful economic development and community projects. He previously served as a special agent with the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Highway Administration.

Harold earned a bachelor’s degree in arts, history and political science from Incarnate Word University, a master’s in public administration from St. Mary’s University and his law degree from St. Mary’s Law School.
