Gene Deutscher

Gene Deutscher, who has served as a consultant to both public and private healthcare endeavors, contributes a wealth of healthcare expertise to the Strategic Partnerships Inc. team.

Deutscher's experience includes HMO engagements in which he assisted both startup organizations and those that were experiencing operations, sales and financial or regulatory problems. He has served in various senior management positions including at the Tarrant County Hospital District, the Kelsey-Seybold Clinic and Humana Inc.

A Vietnam veteran, Deutscher achieved the rank of captain in the United States Marine Corps. He received his undergraduate degree from Duke University and earned a master's in hospital administration from Columbia University. He also has studied as a fellow at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
