Ed Emig

Ed Emig, who has expertise in the field of Information Technology, joins the SPI team as a senior consultant. He has been extremely successful in turning proposal promises into operational successes.

With more than 23 years experience in all phases of proposal development, including capture strategy development, pricing and cost justification and contract transitions/start-ups, Ed has in-depth knowledge of both state and federal government procurement process. He has created proposals for more than 30 different federal agencies and spent more than 20 years working hands-on with procurement officers.

Most recently, Ed has served as the Director of Service Integration for Lockheed Martin Information Technology. In that capacity, he created and negotiated contracts for 10 NASA centers across the country. Ed graduated magna cum laude from DeSales University and has an MBA from the University of Houston Clear Lake.
