Dr. Allen Sullivan

Dr. Allen Sullivan joins the SPI team after decades of experience in the education arena. He most recently served as an Assistant Superintendent for Dallas Independent School District (DISD). In addition to holding a number of key positions in the K-12 arena during his career, Allen also has extensive experience in the higher education sphere and in the area of developmental psychology. He has published numerous articles and reports in his field and written a wide range of successfully funded education grants. Allen has lectured and consulted extensively for school districts, universities, criminal justice entities and human service organizations in the United States, Europe, Latin America and Africa. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University and a master’s degree and Ph.D. from Syracuse University.
